THE MANTRA: Sat Narayan Wahe Guru Hare Narayan Sat Nam is a Kundalini Yoga and Sikh mantra in Gurmukhi. We think of this as a very watery, flowing, powerful mantra. Sat = Truth ; Narayan = the Ocean of Love ; Wahe Guru means something akin to “Wow! Consciousness!” or “Fantastic Wisdom” ; Hari Narayan = Creative Sustenance ; Sat Nam = True Identity or True Path. This mantra helps us to flow like the river to the sea and beyond.
